As a highly skilled professional, Nalindra brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With over 13 years of experience working with NGOs, government entities, and international organizations, she has designed and managed development and capacity-building programs that make a lasting impact. Nalindra’s dedication and passion are evident in her work, and she strives to leverage her skills, creativity, and extensive experience in program management, community management, social media management, digital outreach, and communication strategy to effect positive change.
In addition to her professional engagements, Nalindra also offers a range of services to support community development and organizational growth. She provides project management, grant writing, content strategy, editing, non-profit consulting, leadership development, and resume review services, reflecting her multifaceted skill set and dedication to making a difference.
She is also the President of the Board of Directors for Girls Can Lead, an NGO focusing to increase women’s leadership capacity as part of the community. In this role, Nalindra aims to foster a collaborative mindset and drive meaningful actions that empower girls and young women. Her passion for community growth and her dedication to positive change make her a valuable asset to Girls Can Lead and its mission.
Nalindra holds a bachelor’s degree in Economy – Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by Coaching Indonesia. These qualifications, coupled with her extensive experience, equip her with the knowledge and expertise to lead Girls Can Lead and contribute to the organization’s mission of empowering young girls and women to become leaders in their communities.
