As the founder and chief executive officer of KIDS Early Learning Centers, Kishani Woldberhan has dedicated her career to childhood development and education. Having established the company in 2013 as a small care center based in Midlothian, Texas, Kishani has transformed the company into a multi-million-dollar corporation with five locations expanding across the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area.
Driven by her passion for young children, Kishani takes pride in providing the best possible learning experiences for her students and teachers. She is a true champion for children, advocating for access to high-quality early care and education for all children throughout the community.
A pillar of her community, she is active in many organizations and in 2019 began serving her term as the president of the Dallas chapter of The Texas Association for the Education of Young Children. She is also a member of the Association of Early Learning Leaders, Arlington DFW childcare professionals, The National Black Child Development Institute, Childcare Millionaires Association, Early Education Leaders Coalition, and more.
Prior to opening KIDS Early Learning Centers, Kishani gained a background in Montessori education and educational administration while living in Los Angeles. She herself is the mother to 5 children, and is proud to offer a safe and beneficial environment for children to develop, grow and explore. She strives to “teach children to be Kind, to be Independent, That the world is Diverse, and how to self-regulate their emotions. With these four skills they have an unlimited array of possibilities to someday change the world.”

Francesca Darien-Hyde is a Freelance Writer, Author, and Poet based in the United Kingdom. Specializing in eschatological and biblical commentaries, faith-based poetry and short coffee shop reads, (for which she has received 5-star reviews) she is best known for her works on interracial love, theology and music. With over three decades of experience in the field, she currently serves as Director of FDH Loves Creativez Ltd.
Francesca has received numerous accolades and recognition for her works, and she finds whenever her writing is able to make a personal impact on the well-being other others is her greatest reward. She has received thank you letters from HRH Prince William in relation to her work with teens and mental health issues, as well as many other notable testimonials. Most recently, inspired by her love of classical and jazz music, she became a Creative Muse to a composer and the Amsterdam based musician honoured her by composing a trilogy of works entitled – Cescaduesblues – Cescalovesjazz! Francesca was also honoured to receive a thank you letter from Herbie Hancock and his Jazz Institution for her small contribution in publicising International Jazz Day in the UK.
After earning a Degree in Law with Honours, Francesca launched her career in publishing. She also achieved a Distinction in Therapeutics, and went on to Gain a master’s degree with Distinction.
Outside of her writing and other creative endeavours, Francesca enjoys daily reading of the Bible, Financial Times, visiting quaint coffee shops, local green walks, therapeutics, contemporary art and architecture, jazz and classical music. She credits her success to creativity and perseverance.

Sharon Arrindell is a #1 international bestselling Author, Counselor and Professor. She owns Inspired Wholeness Enterprise which is the umbrella for Wholeness Counseling Service, Inspired Wholeness School and Inspired Wholeness Ministries, where she speaks at retreats and conferences, inspiring broken people to pick up the pieces of their lives and become whole. She also recently started a virtual coaching experience for women called The Birthing Room, where she helps them to push into their individual destinies.
She currently has a virtual counseling office. Over the years she has been given the opportunity to speak at different venues, in the US, and also in the Caribbean.
After many years in the fashion business, she pursued a career in counseling and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management, a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from Mercy College, graduating Suma Cum Laude, and a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling/Biblical Studies. She is currently pursuing an EdD, specializing in higher education leadership, from North Central University.
She worked for 4 years as a teacher assistant with autistic children in NY, and 11 years as a Middle School Counselor in Port St. Lucie, and Indiantown, Florida. She is the author of six published books Christian Divorce Wars, Weapons for Victory, 31 Days of Wholeness, Newbies in the Kingdom, The Shepherd Call and Embracing Our Queenly Anointing. She is a licensed pastoral counselor and an ordained pastor, and has been a part-time professor for over thirteen years working at Indian River State College (2010-present), Palm Beach Atlantic University (2007-2015) in Florida; and currently at Montreat Christian College in North Carolina.

Joanna Waldkoetter-Brank, is a Native Floridian, born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Her ancestors were building blocks in the State of Florida since 1854, when her Great Great Grandfather established citrus groves in Orange County, and later in Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Her Great Grandfather, after arriving in 1925, was mayor of Jupiter, and a Palm Beach County Commissioner.
Joanna has been in the Mortgage Industry for 19 years, starting from the bottom and working her way up through the mortgage loan departments. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage loan process and prepares all parties in the beginning, so that it’s a smooth loan process. She has assisted Loan officers, processed, underwrote loans, managed the processing dept, and is now a Mortgage loan originator and Senior Processor with CrossCountry Mortgage.
She takes pride in her career, and is very motivated, thorough, and caring. Her goal is to make the financing process a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
