With more than two decades of experience in the shared services industry, Natalie Montero is Global Controls & Compliance Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Having joined the company in 2020, in her role she leads cross-border collaborative interlock, staff development, and effective presentation and communication skills. She is known for being results-oriented and professional, and has extensive knowledge and experience in operations, finance and controls at the multinational corporate level.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Interamericana and went on to complete an MBA in Finance from the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica. A team player, she guides others in high-demand situations and is supportive of her colleagues. She is based out of San Jose, and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Coming from a track record and more than two decades of experience in engineering, leadership and product development, Christine has recently established Mindful Engineering, a firm dedicated to managing the challenges of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity (VUCA) in business. She works closely with clients to help fortify their leadership methods and organizational development, and employs methods of hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming.
After earning a Dipl. Ing. In Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Stuttgart in Germany, Christine went on to complete a Dr. sc. tech. in Management and Production Technologies from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich. She is certified in coaching, hypnotism, project leadership, and as an NLP Master Practitioner.
Based in Bülach, Switzerland, Christine speaks fluent English and German. She is passionate about her work and credits her success to remaining committed to innovative solutions and continuing to learn as grow throughout her career. In addition to running her organization, she works as a trainer in communication techniques and as an international keynote speaker on the subject of personal and organizational change management and facilitation.

Sherie Williams Ellen has nearly three decades of experience and service in her community. As Acting Chief Executive Officer of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, she oversees the organization that delivers advanced critical care to sick and injured people throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Responding many times a day, the service is never closed and has responded to countless accidents, incidents, and other emergencies in its 15 years of operation.
Highly knowledgeable in charity governance and compliance, Sherie comes from a background of charity compliance, governance and regulation, ensuring operational compliance with legislation according to The Charity Commission, The Fundraising Regulator, The Gambling Commission and Companies House. She has extensive experience in managing events of all sizes, in both the public and private sectors. She is a member of The Chartered Management Institute a past member of the Charity Law Association and Past Chair of the Communications Committee of Air Ambulances UK. Sherie is also a Mental Health First Aider. Sherie completed her diploma in Graphic Design from Design & Arts College in Christchurch, New Zealand.
