MXA Talent Solutions is comprised of a team of experts focused in talent attraction strategies, organizational design, complete transformations, technology optimization and implementation, employment branding and recruiting operations. Liza left the corporate world to follow her passion of helping organizations align recruiting functions with business growth objectives. She and her team are proud to provide real life solutions to their clients, from external hiring to DE&I strategies to impactful succession planning and everything in between.
Liza launched her career in Toronto, Canada as a staffing specialist for a small temporary staffing agency. She moved from external staffing services into Recruitment Process Outsourcing as the senior recruiting manager with Hewitt, where she led a team of corporate recruiters supporting BMO in Canada and BMO Harris Bank in the USA. After five years of successfully improving their service delivery operations, she transitioned to Coca-Cola Enterprises, where she was for nine years. Prior to establishing MXA Talent Solutions, she served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, where she oversaw the global recruiting process for approximately 25,000 hires annually from 120 different countries, for both shipboard and shoreside positions.
Today, Liza is based out of Miami, Florida.

A highly skilled commercial engineer, Pía Lexutt Ávila currently serves as Advanced Specialist Engineer Project Control at Rajo Inca Project in CODELCO, the National Corporation of Copper from Chile. Having been with the corporation since 2010, she is highly skilled in managing projects of all sizes, as well as the control and planning of projects in stages of basic and detailed engineering and EPC and EPCM projects. She participates in the engineering, construction and execution of mining projects, and oversees budgets, changes, trends, strategic planning, the economic evaluation of public tenders, and compliance with financial control.
After earning an engineering degree from the Del Desarollo University, Pía went on to complete an MBA in Project Management from the European Graduate Institute (IEP)- Rey Juan Carlos University (Spain). She is passionate about her work and credits her success to empathy, teamwork, and having the right mindset.
Based in Chile, Pía speaks fluent English, Spanish and German. She enjoys travel, reading, music, walks, yoga and being a DJ in her spare time.

Rita Srour is a self-employed Managing Director and Virtual Conference Specialist, and the owner and founder of Beyond Professionals for Conferences and Events/Professionels et positifs. Having launched the company during the COVID-19 pandemic, Rita has provided support to Canadian and international businesses, as well as government departments at the federal, state and local level.
Part of Srour International organization, Beyond Professionals for Conferences and Events/Professionels et positifs has offered particular management and expertise to coordinate large medical, educational, and engineering conferences. Rita oversees all aspects of operations, from the organization and conception through production and delivery. She works closely with clients and vendors from concept to platform development and event production, and brings with her a wealth of international knowledge in the field. Passionate about her work, she is experienced in internal and external communication, transformation and brand management.
Rita holds a bachelor’s degree from Lebanese American University in Business Computer and is currently based out of Gatineau, Quebec. Prior to branching out on her own, she served as Senior Specialist, Events and Special Projects at ADNOC HQ. She is multilingual in English, French and Arabic, and credits her success to analytical thinking, communication skills and demonstrating a constant practice of goal-driven leadership.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Apex Group, Rosie Guest is an experienced marketing and communications leader with expertise in scaling brand and marketing strategy from the ground up. As one of only two female members of the Group’s ten-member Executive Committee, she is passionate about driving diversity of thought and improving the gender balance in the financial services industry, and has led and runs a centralized global team across all functions and sub-brands.
Having been with Apex Group since 2014, Rosie has extensive experience in both strategic planning and tactical execution with an aptitude for storytelling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Birmingham and completed Marketing Level 7 with distinction from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Rosie was winner of the ‘Disruptor of the Year’ at the 2020 Women in Finance Awards. She credits her success to innovation, a commitment to delivery and producing measurable results. She is based in London, United Kingdom.

As Property Manager of Akelius Residential Property AB, Lida Khaledi brings with her nearly a decade of experience in management, leadership and real estate. She recently joined the staff and is highly skilled in financial services, administration and development.
Originally from Iran, Lida immigrated to Canada with her husband and son in 2018. She started a new venture in real estate when she arrived in Canada and found she loved the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the field. A versatile and skilled communicator, she translated a book about positive self-esteem for young people from English into Persian. She is passionate about psychology and human sciences, and is an advocate for women’s and human rights.
Most recently, Lida launched ” www.femalesforce.com, a blog where she writes and publishes on topics of women’s empowerment. She believes in the power of women and their ability to build a more fair, peaceful and intelligent world.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Lida enjoys painting with watercolors, and appreciates music and the arts.
