As a Stress Management Consultant and Mindset Coach, Jo McAlister has devoted more than 25 years to helping individuals improve their mental wellbeing. A master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique, she is the owner and operator of Reset Stress, where she works with clients to identify the thoughts leading to behaviors that perpetuate stress cycles in their lives, and gives them the tools to overcome and live freer, more enriched lives.
After suffering from a heart attack in 2014, Jo began to explore the health effects of stress on the human body and quality of life. She holds an honours degree in Psychology, a Master of Social Work, trained as an accredited Counsellor with (BACP), as well as Matrix Reimprinting, Energy Psychology and Stress Management.
By transforming her own experience into preventive care and tools for clients, she offers a means to catalyze all aspects of one’s life. She has always been fascinated with the unconscious mind and is known for the passion which drives her work. Jo finds great reward in helping clients to learn how to navigate the way they filter and process own unique values, beliefs and experiences.
Outside of running Reset Stress, Jo is wife and mother to 5 grown children. She is based in the United Kingdom.

As the founder of Kosmic Apple, Shagun Sachdeva may have her eye on the sky, but her feet are planted firmly on the ground. The company is the first global commercial platform dedicated to helping provide visibility to space start-ups across the globe. Recognizing the critical need and boundless potential for development, innovation and expansion across the aerospace sector, Shagun has been able to rally international talent and investors from various industries to help close the funding gap and bring innovative, exciting proposals for new development and expansion in the space sector.
After earning a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours from Monash University, Shagun went on to complete a Master of Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the same institution. She also completed an MBA specializing in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Toulouse Business School, and is currently working toward completing her private pilot license from the Fédération Française Aéronautique.
Passionate about her work, Shagun is known for her expertise in LEO satellite constellations, Space Situational Awareness, Satellite manufacturing and launch trends, satellite life extension, satellite salvation and much more. She is proud to help burgeoning startups and investors to find favorable deals; identify and enable partnerships, mergers and acquisitions; and to bridge the space “valley of death”.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Shagun is also a dedicated volunteer, taking annual trips to complete community development, women’s empowerments and construction projects around the world, in countries such as Cambodia, Kenya and Costa Rica.

Simona Mango is a highly accomplished opera singer, voice teacher and nutrition coach. Specializing in helping classical singers to build or refine their singing technique, overcome their fears and improve their health and looks, she practices a signature combination of online singing technique, one-on-one vocal coaching and one-on-one nutrition programmes.
Simona’s online singing method, “Free The Power Of Your Voice”, is rooted in more than 20 years of experience in the field. She became a CTAA-certified nutritionist and developed the programme “A Fabulous Voice In A Fabulous Body,” because she saw a true need and niche for classical singers to better educate and help their bodies to perform their extremely physically demanding work.
Known for being honest and sometimes “lovingly tough,” Simona is passionate about her work and never judgmental with her clients. She is able to work with people from all over the world, and speaks Italian, German, French, English and Spanish.
