Celia Milano was an IT professional and software engineer for both the military and petroleum industries for over 30 years. She holds several degrees including a Master’s of Science in Management from St. Elizabeth University in Morristown New Jersey.

Now retired, she volunteers for the Sicilian Project, a non-profit organization that offers free English instructional camps to Sicilian children. She also helps people research their family history and document it in book format for future generations.

Celia has also written three books including, “Sicilian Family Adventures,” “Life’s Curves: When the Present Triggers the Past,” and “Tuscany in July: An Invitation of a Lifetime” and is currently working on her fourth book.

Celia was recently interviewed by the Author Show about her 1st book, “Sicilian Family Adventures”. She offers dynamic writing skills and a diverse background in horse training, IT, and dental assisting.

Sandee came into these roles after a road of hard work, perseverance, and diverse training experiences. After earning her Associates Degree in Information Technology in 2004, Sandee joined Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions as a Customer Service and Technical Support representative. She quickly advanced into a management role where she was responsible for overseeing the Customer/Technical Support department and training of new employees. Sandee was later asked to transition in a Relationship Management role where she assisted multiple ISO/Agents offices integrate into the MCPS environment and grow their business. In 2014, Sandee left MCPS to join Taylor Kelly at Merchant Choice Payment Solution Partners (the second largest sales organization for MCPS and Woodforest National Bank) as the Senior Director of Customer and Technical Support. In her role, Sandee was responsible for new ISO/agent sales training, integration, and support to grow their business. After MCPS Partners was sold in 2017, Sandee continued her partnership with Taylor Kelly for a new sales organization company in her role today Vice President of Operations for Paysafe Associates.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking and collecting hand watches. She also enjoys listening to classical music, and traveling with her wife Dené and their son Alex.

Originally from Kenya, Dorine Wanguba relocated to the United States for further studies. She now resides in Pittsburgh, PA. Her current role is HR/ Payroll specialist with JENMAR, a multinational corporation that thrives in the manufacturing industry.

An avid entrepreneur, she is also the founder and Director of NGUBA CONSULTANCY, https://ngubaconsultancy.com, an HR consulting firm that is licensed to operate business in Kenya in East Africa and PA in the United States. Their services include HR administration, HR compliance, HRIS advisory, performance management systems, training and development and recruitment.

Dorine holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine, and a Master of Science in Human Resources and another Master of Science in Management of Information Systems. She underwent a tremendous career transformation from being a medical doctor to becoming a solid, successful HR professional. As wild as that transformation may seem, one thing that has remained constant in her professional life is the ability to help those in need using her career. As a doctor she found joy when her patients improved, and she still gets the same satisfaction when she solves a problem for the employees and clients she represents.

She will soon become and author and is publishing her first book: The Diary of a Successful International Student. She is thrilled about this new journey and sharing her experiences with others who can use it to better themselves. She is looking to network with professionals across the board.
