Seattle, Washington – Danielle Stepien has joined Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory’s External Advisory Board as a board member and mentor for young engineers. As President and CEO of Igniter Consulting Group, Danielle brings a wealth of experience and expertise in aerospace engineering and technology consulting to her new role.
With a strong background in the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, Danielle has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as SpaceX, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Boeing, and more. Her extensive experience includes working on rocket engines, supersonic and hypersonic airplanes, and major software programs.
As a board member of ASDL’s External Advisory Board, Danielle will provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to the laboratory. Her deep knowledge of the space and defense industry and technical expertise will contribute to the advancement of aerospace systems design research and education. Additionally, Danielle will serve as a mentor for young engineers, sharing her experiences and to help shape the next generation of aerospace professionals.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Georgia Tech. She has authored publications for AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) and the Combustion Institute, showcasing her dedication to advancing the field of aerospace engineering.

Renowned bandoneonist Heyni Solera has captivated audiences both in the United States and abroad with her soulful performances. Hailed by the Washington Classical Review for her exceptional talent, Solera is in high demand as a sought-after bandoneonist. Her remarkable musical journey encompasses diverse projects and accolades that showcase her versatility and artistry.
One of Solera’s significant accomplishments is her collaboration with the Avalos Solera Duo, a bandoneon duo that released their debut album, “Bach en Bandoneon,” in 2021. This remarkable endeavor showcases their interpretation of Bach’s timeless compositions through the unique lens of the bandoneon. The Avalos Solera Duo’s album has garnered critical acclaim and further established Solera as an extraordinary musician.
In addition to her bandoneon duo, Solera also forms part of the cello/bandoneon duo, Arco & Aire. The duo’s outstanding rendition of “La Bordona” earned them the prestigious 2021 Wammie award for Best Latin Song in Washington, DC. This recognition reflects Solera’s ability to seamlessly blend different musical genres and create captivating performances.
Solera’s talent has also caught the attention of the PanAmerican Symphony Orchestra, where she serves as a bandoneonist. In 2022, she had the privilege of making her debut at the esteemed Kennedy Center, further solidifying her reputation as a remarkable musician.
Beyond her accomplishments as a performer, Solera is also a dedicated music scholar. She completed her Master’s degree in Ethnomusicology at the University of Maryland, showcasing her commitment to studying and understanding music from different cultural perspectives. Solera’s research has led her to present her enlightening lecture, “Today’s Women in Tango: Carving Out Spaces,” throughout North America, contributing to the broader discourse on tango music and its evolving landscape.

Christine Jackson Fraser is a Transition Coordinator-Community at Atrium Health, a premier healthcare system across the Southeast region. As a registered nurse with over 27 years of experience, Christine provides education on the Post-Acute Care service lines Atrium Health has to offer patients across South Mecklenburg, Union and Anson Counties in North Carolina. She also steers marketing services for the Hospice, Palliative Care and Home Health Service Lines.
Having worked in multiple areas of healthcare, including rehab, critical care and medical/surgery, Christine has spent the last 7 years in Hospice and Palliative Care. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN). She was recipient of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses (2017-2018) at Metropolitan Jewish Health Systems and as a student was recognized with the Nursing Club Distinguished Recognition Award for Service and a Bronze Certificate of Achievement.
After earning an associates degree in Applied Science from Kingsborough Community College, Christine went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College. Committed to professional growth and development, she also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently enrolled in a mentorship program for prospective new healthcare leaders at Atrium Health, with the A2WeXcel Systems Resource.
An active member of her community, outside of her work with Atrium Christine serves as Ambassador for the Union County Chamber of Commerce.

Stephanie Geisler is a Vistage Chair, leading CEO advisory groups in the Salt Lake City area. She has been the owner of three successful businesses, one of which she founded with a partner and grew to annual revenues of over $25M. As an employee she has served as the third in command at a group of medical companies (Executive VP) and served as Executive Director of the Full-Time MBA and Professional MBA programs at the University of Utah. Most recently Stephanie served as the Chief Operating Officer at the tech company, IdeaCloud.
Stephanie is an analytical Chief Operations Officer and strategic thinker with over 15 years of experience drafting innovative strategies for enterprise customer engagement, adoption, product management, project management, change management, and growth. She works cross-functionally with teams across the organization including product, finance, marketing and customer success teams to achieve success in the organization.
She earned her M.B.A. from The David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, graduating in the top 10% of her class, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She holds a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University, where she was Cum Laude and on the Dean’s List. In addition, she is PMP Certified. Stephanie is proud to say she was named #138 on Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies- Associated with Uppercase Living, Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Finalist- Associated with Uppercase Living, and she ran the Boston Marathon three times.
In the future, she plans to expand her Vistage Chair practice to be a trusted coach and facilitator for CEOs in the Salt Lake City area.
