Rachel Tang is a Qualitative Research Manager and Specialist for Canadian Hub for Applied and Social Research (CHASR), http://chasr.usask.ca, at the University of Saskatchewan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, New Brunswick. While supporting social science research for the past ten years has been fulfilling, she wishes to extend her reach with the human family and help individuals and groups alleviate mental and emotional suffering, particularly during these difficult times.

At CHASR, she oversees the daily operations of the Qualitative Research Laboratory (QRL) at CHASR. The QRL provides services such as transcription, conducting interviews and focus groups, qualitative analysis, and NVivo software training for researchers who require support for the qualitative components of their research.

Rachel is known for her hard work and dedication to research to better understand the world around her. With a natural ability to dig in to help others, she excels in management and working with a team to accomplish a larger goal. Research and counselling require an overlapping skillset in the art and science of comprehension of the human condition and interpersonal relations. Rachel feels her vocational and personal growth have positioned her well to support endeavors to improve well-being and quality of life, whether through research or counselling.

In her spare time, she enjoys singing and songwriting and staying active with sports and recreational activities.

Aurélie de Beaufort is a Health Coach & Naturopathic Practitioner, based in Paris, France.  (English version available by clicking on the flag)

Aurélie started her career in banking and finance in 2003. After working long hours and doing night work, she underwent a mental changeover in 2014 following a diagnosis with an autoimmune disease.

While reviewing her living habits, the impact of stress mismanagement, and other possible trigger factors, she discovered alternative medicine principles and techniques. Thanks to this discovery, she managed to bounce back and recover.

Today she accompanies executives and other women in Paris as well as abroad through teleconsultation. She joins them on their path of full vitality and well-being, and helps them to cope with stress and intense workdays.

As a former VP in finance and mother of three children, she knows exactly the demands of the everyday lives of her clients. Experienced in conferences and an author, she is able to provide insights, posts, communications, and thematic displays on how to manage an ambitious career while also preserving health.

She attended Institut Supérieur de Naturopathie de Paris, where she earned her Certificate in Naturopathy, Anatomy & Physiology, Plants & Essential Oils, Practical Techniques and massages. She is also certified by the French Federation of Naturopathic Practitioners.

In her spare times she enjoys running, writing, reading, and singing.
