Ramona Wilkerson-Holton offers over a decade of professional experience, and is the current CEO of Brighter Horizon Women Solution of Newark, NJ. Brighter Horizon is a non-profit organization for battered women enduring and recovering from domestic violence.

A natural entrepreneur, Ramona is  also the owner of Sculpture Health and Beauty of Lumberton NJ, and Royal Dynasty Events and Photography. In addition, she has an online eyeglass store. 

She is presently in her post Masters PMHP at Herzing University, and completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Argosy University Phoenix Arizona. She earned her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, and completed her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Jersey College, Ewing Township, NJ.  She also holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN,  as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Berkeley College, Newark, NJ.

Ramona is Certified and Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey and the State of New York. Dr. Kelly McQueen is the Ralph M Waters Distinguished Chair in Anesthesiology, www.anesthesia.wisc.edu. A graduate of the Colorado College, the University of Vermont College of Medicine and the Harvard School of Public Health,  she was previously a Professor in the Departments of Anesthesiology and Surgery at Vanderbilt University. Here, she served as the Director of Vanderbilt Anesthesia Global Health and Development, and as Director for the Vanderbilt Global Anesthesia Fellowship.

Dr. McQueen is the founder and the Inaugural President of the Alliance for Surgery and Anesthesia Presence, a integrated  member society of the International Surgical Society, https://www.asaptoday.org/.  Kelly is the Founder and President of The Global Surgical Consortium, a public charity committed to improving safe anesthesia and surgery in low-income countries.   She serves on the World Federation of Societies of Anesthesia Publications Committee. Previously, Dr. McQueen has also served as the President of the Arizona Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Chair of the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Global Humanitarian Outreach.

Kelly has volunteered for more than 25 years for several humanitarian organizations including the American Society of Anesthesiology’s Overseas Teaching Program, Operation Smile and Doctors without Borders. She currently conducts research in low-income countries assessing anesthesia and surgical infrastructure, the global burden of pain, perioperative mortality rates and patient safety.   In 2005 Colorado College honored Dr. McQueen with the Benezet Lifetime Achievement Award for her humanitarian work. In 2010, the International College of Surgeons presented her with the Surgical Volunteerism and Humanitarian Award.  In 2011, she received the Arizona Medical Association Humanitarian of the Year Award.  In 2016, the University of Vermont College of Medicine honored her with a Service to Medicine and Community Award, and in 2017 she was honored with the American Society of Anesthesiologists Nicholas M Greene Award for Outstanding Humanitarian Service.

She credits her success to a life-long  passion for service and learning.  She is committed to patients in Wisconsin, the US and in low-income countries around the world.  In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, writing children’s books  and travel.

Svitlana Yanchynska is President of the Ukrainian Canadian Medical Association of Ontario, and she runs operations at S. Yanchynska Dentures, http://yanchynskadentures.ca. Their mission is to design natural-looking dentures using the latest technology, for a great fit and a worry-free smile.

They are fully equipped to offer a wide range of denture services. They specialize in design, fabrication, insertion and adjustment of removable dentures as well as over-dentures on implants.

UCMAO is a non-profit organization that serves the interests of Ukrainian Canadian Health Professionals. The association is proud to advance the professional well-being of members and the health of the wider community.

Caroline Lovell is a highly sought-after online entrepreneur specialized in the personal development industry. After earning a Distinction Pass in Ladies and Children’s Pattern Cutting from Bulawayo Technical College, Caroline started her career in the Fashion Industry. She worked her way up to Designer/Pattern Cutter and worked for leading companies in Ladies Wear. Their products were exported to South Africa mainly to Edgars and Woolworths.
 
Caroline then became a business owner of a small manufacturing company employing 15 people.
 
After closing the business due to the economic situation of the country, she went back into the clothing industry as Product manager, dealing with the Buyers of the different companies and designing the Men’s Shirt Wear range.
 
Caroline finished her career In Zimbabwe with a leading Men’s Wear manufacturer and exporter. They exported to Germany, USA, United Kingdom and South Africa. To keep up the pace required to meet exports Caroline had to train for a computer course for Lectra.
 
Based in London, Caroline is married and a proud mother of a daughter and son, as well as a grandmother of four grandchildren.
 
Caroline worked as a Pattern Cutter for Pentex Ltd, Captive Clothing, John Kaldor, Spirit Clothing and finished at Jon Adam doing Children’s Wear.
