She masterfully completed the Internet Network Expansion Project, increasing the size of the circuit from New York to California and connecting with other service providers throughout the United States. This upgrade resulted in higher Internet speeds and increased availability, benefiting numerous customers across the country.
Lisa Kraml’s impact extends beyond the borders of the United States, as she was an integral member of the Global Solutions Team for AT&T, providing exceptional support to large international business customers using AT&T services. Her contributions were instrumental in building the Network Cost Management Team, and she actively participated in developing new processes for pricing LEC circuits.
Moreover, Lisa demonstrated exceptional project management skills during her tenure with T-Mobile. She successfully led the Minneapolis Market Fiber Delivery Project, integrating acquired sites from the Sprint network onto the T-Mobile Network. This expansion significantly increased coverage footprint, enhancing network capabilities and customer experience.
