Elisabeth Schüssler-Kemper is the Owner and Manager of LOBS.LED Climate Change Consultancy, a firm that helps companies reduce energy costs and protect the environment through the use of innovative LED technology. Offering a full range of services along the entire value chain of LED implementation and technology, the LOB.LED CCC advises on development, production, logistics and sales concepts, as well as monitors progress and helps professionals with the certification processes.
 
International in the scope of her business influence, Elisabeth invested into the added-value chain by founding Sustain Solutions Ltd, a Hong Kong-based company. She serves as the Manager International Business Development specializing in strategic partnerships and product development, Elisabeth uses her superior business acumen on behalf of the brand LISNANDO Quality Sourcing.
 
In 2015, she began working with the LEDAYO AG, a company distributing professional LED products for industrial use in Germany. As a Management Consultant she offers her LED expertise and helps to pair clients with a range of products that will meet their business needs. Currently, she is working on development for a partner who holds a patent that will revolutionize the LED lighting industry by creating new standards.
 
Initially a lawyer Elisabeth “saw the light” while researching the market for her client, and realized that LEDs are the future of lighting. After focusing on LED technology for more than 15 years today her products are in use privately as well as in industrial and commercial applications. References like Cargo Center at Frankfurt Airport South, Dorint Hotel Group, Metro Group, the German Railway and many more bear witness to the high competence.
 
Elisabeth’s vision in the future of lighting technology and her ability to grow that vision into reality have allowed her clients, partners and consumers to take advantage of LED to the scope that technology has grown today.  She is an international success and speaks both English and German. In her free time, she loves reading, skiing and golfing. She hopes to connect with new potential partners all over the world.

Lucile Reimonenq is the Founder of Lulu Dragonfly, a website offering a progressive forum for entrepreneurial women seeking to achieve balance between their personal and professional lives. Still in development, Lulu Dragonfly aims to provide a variety of tools and a network of support to professional women navigating leadership, entrepreneurship, balance, and stress and time management, in addition to femininity, wellbeing and lifestyle. With over 10 years of varied experience as an entrepreneur, leader and employee at various international companies, large and small, Lucile is perfectly poised to spearhead Lulu Dragonfly as a part of what she deems the “Human Capitalism Movement”.
 
After earning her MBA from Essec Business School, Lucile went on to receive Master Certificates in Hospitality Management and Systems Design and Project Leadership from Cornell University. Before deciding to dedicate her career to Lulu Dragonfly, Lucile served as Director of Business Development and Client Strategies at Publicis, and Entrepreneur with Borneo Trade, and acted as a Marketing and Communication Consultant. She has also been lauded for her work, and was recently awarded the Branding Strategy Honor Prize by Essec Business School.
 
Lucile currently resides in Paris, France and is trilingual, speaking English, French and Spanish. When not engaged with work, she enjoys staying active by cycling and practicing yoga, and is an avid reader.

Jane Gowing, P.Eng., GSC, PQS is the President of Gowing Contractors Ltd, an innovative Mechanical Contractor operating in process municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment systems, whose unique facilities include a fabrication plant which augments field work, as well as providing fabrication services to others. Under her dynamic leadership, the company is renowned for a consistently high level of workmanship, speedy problem-solving resolutions and clear and consistent communication between the multiple professional parties involved on each project.
 
After earning her B.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph, where she was also a finalist for Rookie Athlete of the Year playing field hockey and ice hockey, Jane went on to serve as Project Manager and Estimator at Bennett Mechanical Installations Ltd for 18 years before establishing Gowing Contractors Ltd. With her unprecedented engineering qualifications and practical construction experience, Jane is also frequently enlisted as an on-going team member for design/build project assessments and value engineering reviews. Lauded often for her work, Jane was the 2003 recipient of the Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Start-up Award, and was listed from 2005 to 2008, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015 in Profit W100 for Canada’s top women entrepreneurs. She also received the WXN Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women award for Entrepreneurship in 2013. Jane is an active member of the Ontario Water Works Association (OWNA) on their Construction Committee.
 
Passionate about spreading her wealth of knowledge to up and coming members of her industry, Jane is active in mentoring through the WXN Network as well as participating in a mentoring program for the University of Guelph Engineering School for varsity athletes involved in the engineering program. Jane currently resides in St. George, Ontario, Canada.

Lynette Mayne is CEO of Work Wear World, a leading supplier of work and safety apparel to some of Australia’s largest corporations. The employees of Work Wear World have a significant beneficial interest in the company and participate fully in all aspects of the business. Lynette jointly leads the Chief Executive Women Leaders program, which is designed to enhance the leadership skills of senior females in major companies in Australia and Asia; and represents Australia at the APEC Women and the Economy Forum where she received an innovation award from Hilary Clinton at the inaugural Forum in San Francisco in 2011.
 
Lynette is also a member of Women Chiefs of Enterprise International, has a Prime Minister’s Centenary Award for leadership in business and in January 2016 was awarded an Order of Australia from the Australian Government.  In addition, Lynette was the first Australian to receive a Socrates Award from the World Business Assembly in Rome (awarded in September 2015), for innovation and business leadership, and in 2014 was the second Australian to receive the IWEC (International Women Entrepreneurs Challenge) award in Stockholm.
 
During the 80’s Lynette held senior positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Pan American World Airways and National Broadcasting Company in New York City, whilst studying for her MBA in Finance from NYU. She also co-authored a book on managing human resources, which is archived in the US Library of Congress.
 
Lynette returned to Australia and wrote a book on Executive Information Systems that was translated in to Spanish and distributed worldwide. During the 90s, she held Chief Executive positions with Lend Lease Corporation, one of Australia’s largest international organisations. As Chief Executive of Lend Lease Corporate Financial Services and subsequently Lend Lease Corporate Services, she was responsible for several of the financial services businesses in Australia and Asia. Her accomplishments include taking the fledgling corporate funds management group to number one in Australia in three years; creating a new financial services distribution channel to corporates; and expanding the financial services business to Asia.
 
In the late 90’s Lynette was responsible for building a global business for Lend Lease in the information technology and telecommunications arena by investing in companies that provided IT services to corporations. She created the following joint ventures, each a leader in its field, and was a Director on each Board: 1. IBM Global Services Australia, a joint venture between IBM, Telstra and Lend Lease, 2. Advantra, also a Lend Lease joint venture with IBM and Telstra, 3. SITEL Asia Pacific, a joint venture with SITEL (the global leader in tele-servicing), and 4. coolsavings.com, which was the leading USA Internet coupon and relationship marketing company.
 
Lynette is affiliated with Chief Executive Women, the Chief Executive Women Leaders Program, the Asian Development Bank Female Leadership Program in the Pacific, and APEC. Her expertise in new business creation, business turnarounds, joint ventures, and entrepreneurship remain a valuable resource in her career, and she is always open to learning new things.
 
Lynette holds a MBA concentrated in Finance from New York University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and mentoring others. She resides in Sydney, Australia.
