RecognizingMelody Sipp

 

Melody Sipp is Senior Manager for GCP Quality Assurance. She offers over 15 years of experience in GXP quality in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Specializing in clinical trials, risk management, leadership, and quality, she is a highly knowledgeable and skilled quality professional that understands the importance of corporate compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

 

Melody is known for her warm personality and having a natural connection with the people around her. She holds her Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Kaplan University, and her Bachelors in Biology from Rust College. She is affiliated with the Society of Quality Assurance(SQA), American Society of Quality (ASQ), and Research Quality Association (RQA), and holds her Barnett International 30-hour Research Audit Certification as well as ASQ Audit Certification (CQA- ASQ). A natural leader, she excels in management roles and has risen through the ranks quickly due to her dedication and hard work.

 

Prior to her current roles she served as Clinical Quality Auditor for UBC, Senior Quality Specialist for Smith and Nephew Inc., Clinical Trial Specialist for George Clinical, The George Institute for Global Health, and many other roles that led to her dynamic skillset today.

 

In her spare time, she loves to travel, mentor, and consults for business ideas and expansion. Her motto is to do something good and leave empty. She is also the CEO of MDW consulting and  From the Heart of God Ministries LLC.

Alison Wolgast is Vice President of Shively Bros, an employee-owned and customer-driven industrial supply distributor with offices in Michigan, Tennessee, Indiana, New York, Ohio, Ontario and Mexico. With over 15 years of experience at the firm, she stepped into her current role in 2019 and has been a key player in guiding and growing the company, throughout.
 
In addition to her role as VP, Alison serves as the owner and president of Shively Diversified Management Services (SDMS), a WBE founded in 2011. Established in partnership with Shively Bros, SDMS supports and meets the growing diversity initiatives and expectations of the Shively customer base, as well as the evolving needs of the workforce.
 
Having started out as a member of the customer service team at Shively Bros, Alison represents the fourth generation of the Shively family to manage the company. It was founded in 1947 by great-grandfather, Thomas Shively, Sr. Alison is proud to have taken her place among the leadership and to have seen tremendous growth at the firm. She credits her success to focus, passion and perseverance.

Krista Marx is an Insurance Agent and Realtor based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Licensed for insurance in eleven states, she works on behalf of her clients at Your Good Life Agency with American National Insurance and Hegg Realtors.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mass Communications and Media Studies from the University of South Dakota, Krista launched her career in advertising and digital sales, quickly rising up the ranks and garnering more than a decade of experience in the field. She is an experienced public speaker and consultant, and previously advised professionals on branding, media, negotiation, public relations and digital strategy.
 
Passionate about her work, Krista loves to help people step into the next chapter of their lives and to protect their loved ones from life’s unknowns. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

Kirsten Tangeman is a wealth advisor at Tangeman Wealth Management, a comprehensive a fee-based fiduciary firm with offices in Walnut Creek and Ladera Ranch, California. With over 25 years of experience as a financial advisor, Kirsten is a certified financial planner, accredited portfolio management advisor, and holds an insurance license. She established the firm because she realized there was a need for trustworthy, ongoing financial planning that could unite investments and tax efficient strategies with life goals.
 
In addition to running Tangeman Wealth Management, Kirsten manages a portfolio of large-cap stocks that are screened for environmental and social governance. She has built her client base and reputation on the dedication and detailed level of personalization she is able to achieve to help her clients achieve their goals.
 
Based out of California, Kirsten is the proud mother of 2 grown children, one of whom attends her alma mater. She is passionate about matters of quality and the environment, and credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

RecognizingMartine Boily

 

Martine Boily is Manager of National Service Delivery – Canada. Martine offers more than 25 years of experience in business process management and human resources management. She is currently completing her Executive MBA (eMBA) in business administration. She holds a multidisciplinary Bachelor’s degree (human resources management and project management) and is a Lean – Six Sigma green belt.

Her dynamism, her teamwork skills, her communication skills as well as her experience in project management, process improvement and human resources management make her an asset to any team.

Her long term professional goal is to obtain a position as VP of Human Resources, however she currently aims to sit on a board as a consultant, and put her expertise at the service of a company. Her years of experience have sharpened her interest in the functioning of the individual in the workplace. She takes pride in emphasizing the organizational, human and operational development of the company with whom she collaborated.

On her professional journey she has carried out several major projects that have allowed her to develop strong relational skills, a sense of listening and good analytical skills. Today, as Manager of Operations at the national level, her goal is to use her skills and expand her expertise in order to bring added value to the organization and to her professional and personal development.

Spanning the last three decades, Martine has been involved at various levels with amateur sports associations, childhood illness organizations and the school sector. These experiences enriched her as a person and allowed her to put her skills to the benefit of the community and to be appointed to the Conseil Supérieur de l’Éducation.
