Catrina Reese is a multifaceted professional based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. A certified life coach, she provides professional development coaching and business coaching services to clients locally and online. Also a licensed and ordained preacher, Catrina is a sought-after wedding officiant, pre-and post-marriage coach, and wedding consultant.
Known for her gift with words, Catrina has authored books, facilitates workshops and hosts a talk show. She is also highly musical and is an experienced songwriter, recording artist and anointed psalmist. Toral Gathani is Manager at Bernstein Rosen & Company, PC, where she has been for nearly a decade. A highly skilled Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, she specializes in corporate taxation for small- to medium-sized businesses, as well as individual taxation. She also prepares and maintains monthly management reports, budgets and cash flow analysis, audited financial statements, reviews and compilation engagements.
Toral graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Auditing from Mumbai University in India, and went on to complete a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University. She is a Chartered Accountant in India and an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2012. Additionally, she is a member of AICPA and NYSCPA. Prior to joining Bernstein Rosen & Company, PC she worked in India with a mid-size Chartered Accounting Firm as a tax manager for 8 years

Tonya Klingaman is Owner and Broker of EXIT Realty in Mitchell. As a full time real estate agent, broker and owner at EXIT Realty Mitchell, Tonya is a graduate of Mitchell Technical Institute with a medical laboratory technician degree and worked at both Avera Queen of Peace and Avera McKennan Hospitals.
She continued to graduate school where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Secondary Education from Dakota Wesleyan University. She is married to Kleve Klingaman, and they work as co-owners of North Central Seed Company and EXIT Realty Mitchell.
In her spare time, Tonya volunteers with Connect Mitchell with the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce, Community Services Advisory Board with the City of Mitchell, BID Board with Mitchell Main Street, Education Committee member for Mitchell Board of Realtors. She has served as an active volunteer in teaching Sunday School, and helping at her son’s schools and sporting/music events as they were growing up. She is also a member of the local PEO BK chapter, and in addition to her beautiful sons she has a dog, Jack.

Nicole Wint is the owner of Affirm Counseling Services LLC where she specializes in treating severe and persistent mental illnesses. Nicole holds dual Masters degree in Social Work and Psychology from Simmons University and International University of the Caribbean, respectively. Nicole attended St. Hugh’s High School for Girls then the University of the West Indies, Jamaica during which time she served as the Director of Projects for Circle K International. Immediately after college, Nicole was employed with Eckerd Youth Alternatives, North Carolina in a wilderness program, where to date, serves as one of her most challenging yet rewarding experiences.
In her current role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Affirm Counseling Services LLC, she excels in management, administration of the program and implementation of project activities. She keeps the business afloat all while providing top notch services to improve the quality of life of others.
Prior to her current role, she served as a Lead Mental Health Therapist, Behavioral Health Clinician, Senior Social Worker, and Psychiatric Social Worker among others. Throughout all her career she has dedicated time to developing competence in use of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness as part of best therapeutic practices.
