Jayne McNaughton serves as Executive Vice President & Founding Partner for CAI Global Group. Specializing in consulting, project management, and leadership, she holds her Bachelor’s degree from University of Western Ontario.

CAI offers expert services primarily for the manufacturing sector including investment & location advisory strategies for expansion projects, site selection data in terms of labor and business environment analyses as well as government tax credit & incentives management and negotiation. For its public sector clients, CAI offers economic development consulting as it relates to the attraction of foreign direct investment, benchmarking jurisdictions, business retention, expansion and promotion, as well as training and mentoring.

As a co-founder of the CAI Global Group, she has worked for over 35 years offering services relating to investment project strategies for multinational, national and domestic companies. She has managed all aspects of the company, according particular attention to corporate communications, customer retention, corporate image and maintaining the high standards and level of quality that extend to CAI’s entire range of services and values.

Her extensive background and experience in the field of economic development were instrumental to many of CAI’s comprehensive initiatives such as the New York Center for Commerce and Export, the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Advanced Technology Association, initiator of the Forum for Senior Leaders of Foreign-Owned Subsidiaries in Quebec, Investment Canada’s ‘Attracting World Mandates – Perspectives from Canadian CEOs’ initiative, to name just a few. In addition, Jayne has organized a series of events and roundtable sessions comprised of senior business executives and government representatives to analyze and interpret the issues concerning the attraction and retention of foreign direct investment.

The most important role that Jayne has played over the 35 years at CAI, is that of relationship building with staff, clients, partners, suppliers, government, and other people that contribute to CAI’s success.

Kelenda Allen-James is a missions-oriented, New York-based technology specialist, leader, and speaker, spreading the critical awareness of diversity in technology. As a speaker, Kelenda delights her audience with topics on professional development, women in technology, people of color in technology, and the importance of pursuing STEM careers for young people. Kelenda has made a significant impact as a technology speaker, director of information technology at Commonpoint Queens, Technology Support Manager at St HOPE Leadership Academy, Network and Support Administrator for Ramaz School, and IT Support Specialist at Birch Family Services. Diversity in technology is what Kelenda believes is one of the top actions we need to expand and empower technology in our communities and the world.

The Dream Makers Academy refers its collaborator’s experts in different areas to its project promoters to well prepare their crowdfunding campaign. Guylaine hosts a bilingual podcast called “Les Makers.” This podcast helps startups in the journey of becoming an entrepreneur.

She is a producer and broadcaster of French Web TV for entrepreneurs, and co-hosts a bilingual web series called It’s AGO, Entrepreneurs & Nomads. At last, she co-founded an NPO to create a women’s program in all cultures to educate them on preparing their crowdfunding campaigns. Her team assures them to have the right Business Model Canvas to be well prepared for their business in the long run as well.

Furthermore, she and her husband became digital nomads on June 1st, 2022. They are on the Crowdfunding Entrepreneurship Tours with their conferences and workshops. Nicole Bowen is Graphic Designer and Digital Imaging Specialist at NicBow DesignWorks, a full-service graphic design firm offering photo editing, page layout, stationary design, branding, logo design, and more. With over 11 years of experience in the field, she has worked for a broad range of clients and is highly experienced in creating compelling, beautiful images for advertisements, packaging designs, websites, and marketing materials.
 
In addition to running NicBow DesignWorks, Nicole serves as Graphic Design Manager at Techtronic Industries, where she has been for ten years. For Techtronic, she oversees a team of five and designs labels for “user interface” or operational use by The Home Depot (Ryobi / Ridgid) and Walmart (HART), as well as branding and marketing labeling for their power tools and outdoor products.
 
While earning a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, Nicole launched her career in graphic design as an intern at Cyber Graphics and a Graphic Artist at Campus Banner and Design. An accomplished athlete, she was a NCAA Woman’s Rowing 4-year letter winner and ACC Champion.
 
Prior to establishing NicBow DesignWorks, Nicole freelanced for 4 years in digital imaging for Torque Creative. She is committed to professional growth and development and is currently working toward completing Adobe Professional coursework in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
 
Nicole is based out of Anderson, South Carolina. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.
