Casita Adams is an Educator, Counselor, and Entrepreneur specializing in administrative educational leadership, assessment, social-emotional learning, and strategic planning. With over 27 years of experience in the field of education and over six years in counseling. Casita currently serves as Assistant Principal for a PreK-8 School in the Detroit area, where she oversees more than 400 students well as supervises and trains more than 50 staff. Known for her collaborative approach to team leadership, she is committed to ongoing educational research and development.
Casita Adams is also Chief Executive Officer of CMESLLC, which she created to support the educational and mental gap in her school community. She is also co-founder of CDAGAPE. Recently, she was featured in The Making of an Elite Woman Anthology Volume 1, a new best release on Amazon.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Health Education from Wayne State University, Casita went on to complete master’s degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling and Community Inclusion from Wayne State University, and in Curriculum Instruction from Southern New Hampshire University. Casita also completed her Educational Specialists degree certification in Administration and Supervision K-12 from Wayne State University and currently holds her administration license for the State of Michigan with a central office endorsement. She holds a Limited License as a Professional Counselor and is currently pursuing her full license (LPC). She is also currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Liberty University.
Outside of her professional and educational endeavors, Casita is also the Director of Youth Programs for the Elite Women Organization (EWO) in the state of Michigan and serves on their Executive Board. Casita mentors young women and men within her school and church community. She works consistently within her school, church, and home community, as well as with EWO to advocate with state politicians for equal education opportunities and workforce programs. She also belongs to the Michigan Mental Health Association, American Counseling Association, and NAACP.

Daisy Raudales is the Founder of DRPR Inc., a Public Relations and Digital Marketing firm based in Ajax, Ontario. Established in August of 2020, the firm works primarily with start-ups and entrepreneurs, helping clients to build a powerful media presence for their brand.
Working closely with entrepreneurs, she offers tailored strategy and oversees the rollout of public relations, social media marketing and brand management. Working across a range of industries, her client roster includes economic development agencies, real estate agencies, health and wellness companies, book publishers and more.
After earning an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Durham College, Daisy went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communications from Ontario Tech University. She has also volunteered as a Durham College Recruiter and is certified in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
Prior to establishing DRPR Inc., Daisy worked as a Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator for companies such as Ontario Tech University and Naloi Media Group. She also currently supports the Business Advisory Centre of Durham working as a Digital Services Support Representative on their Digital Main Street Team. Throughout her role, she offers digital marketing consultations to small businesses in the Durham Region while promoting a government-funded ‘Digital Transformation Grant’ that supports brick and mortar small businesses with their digital presence.
Having turned her passion into a life-long career, she loves to see her clients grow and upscale in their scope and needs. Jenny Sepulveda is an EMBA Candidate and serves as Executive Director of Strategy & Business Development. In addition, she is Chair of LEAD. She leads a team that assists loan originators across all 50 states in growing their referral partner network and expanding their overall business, which in turn helps the company generate more income.
Jenny offers more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, and has built an exclusive Business Development Department unique to the industry. She empowers and develops her team members’ skillsets, propelling many into higher positions, and continually works to expand the reach of the Business Development Department, most recently by establishing a company-wide business development training program.
Always striving to advance herself, others and the company, Jenny adheres to Guaranteed Rate’s No. 1 Core Value, “Grow for Good.” She is a proud mentor for the Guaranteed Rate Organization of Women (GROW), where she lends her expertise to further even more individuals’ personal and professional development. Ada Sanchez Drews is the Founder and Managing Director of BCDQ Cultural Foundation Inc, an organization established in 2015. With over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, she is a multi-faceted and versatile professional with expertise in education and the arts.
Originally from Venezuela, Ada launched her career as a Classical Music Professor and Pianist, serving as faculty and performing both as soloist and in chamber groups, for many years. After relocating to the United States in 1994, Ada spent many years as a Pipe Stress Technical Professional, specializing in the engineering, creation, expansion and revamps of Chemical and Petrochemical plants. She gained broad expertise in home office and job site engineering, as well as module design philosophy, and onshore and offshore (FPSO and Wellhead Platforms) projects to both American and European standards.
After completing Piano, Classical Music, Theory and Solfeggio studies at the National Conservatory of Music “Juan José Landaeta” – Venezuela, Ada went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidad Simón Bolívar. In 2011, she completed her Master of Arts in Education, Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix.
Ada always maintained her musical background to balance her engineering endeavors, and upon receiving her master’s degree made a professional transition back to her musical roots. She is based in the greater Houston, Texas area, and outside of running the Foundation continues to teach and perform. She credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.
