Tamara Heacock is Director of Sterile Processing at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, which includes four acute care hospitals and two ambulatory surgery centers. Highly experienced in business operations management in the hospital and healthcare sector, she holds particular expertise in the sterile processing realm and has a broad background in administrative leadership and project management.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University, Tamara went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from the University.
 
Prior to joining the St. Elizabeth Healthcare team in March 2021, Tamara served as Sterile Processing Manager for Wake Forest Baptist Health, and previously had been Business Operations Manager for Sterile Processing and Surgical Services at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center.
 
Passionate about her work, Tamara serves on the Beyond Clean and ASP Advisory Boards. She is based out of Edgewood, Kentucky, and credits her success to focus, drive, perseverance and the support of her peers.

Neile Taylor is Director of Human Resource Business Partners at MYR Group, a specialty electrical construction services company. With over 25 years of full-spectrum experience in human resources, administrative leadership, and employee management, she drives policy and procedure development for the company, and acts as primary advisor in areas of personnel and corporate compliance. Known for her expertise in strategic management, she works closely with the executive, senior, operational, and general management teams, and played a key role in developing the compensation and benefits program at the organization.
 
Neile launched her career in HR working as a recruiter while attending college. She joined MYR Group in 2004 as an HR Generalist. Neile quickly demonstrated her capacity to develop and participate in special projects, direct objectives, and facilitate strategic business goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and is trained in all areas of federal and state employment law as well as FMLA, ADA, EEO, OFCCP compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee development and training. Additionally, she holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute.
 
Prior to becoming Director of HR Business Partners in 2019, Neile spent 4 years as Director, Human Capital Management overseeing multiple HR Centers of Excellence. Neile is wholly committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and communication.
