Marion Gibbon is Assistant Director of Public Health at the Birmingham City Council. She has worked at a senior level in public health since 2010, and loves coaching and mentoring public health practitioners. She is committed to enabling professionals to become the best they can be, and recently published a book on feminine embodied leadership.

She was originally a teacher of science and worked internationally. While overseas she decided to undertake a further degree and became involved in nutrition. She completed a doctoral degree while working in Nepal, and has worked at the senior level in public health since 2010. She has had the opportunity to coach and mentor public health practitioners and is committed to enabling professionals to become the best they can be. She considers her recent book publication to be important contribution to her work as well as the field.

Diane Liebenberg was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Prior to launching Silver7 Sourcing, Diane Liebenberg studied Microsoft applications and started her career as an on-site systems engineer for Dimension Data, Johannesburg SA. Expanding her knowledge, she accumulated in various departments of the business, she found herself in sales and enjoyed it tremendously. In her early twenties, she ventured out on her own and armed only with a passion for software, managed to grow and run a successful and powerful software distribution business. The company supplied software to some of the largest corporates in the country.

Unable to accept the high level of crime in her native South Africa, Diane decided to relocate to Portugal with her young son in 2020, and start their new life and venture, Silver7 Sourcing.

Silver7 Sourcing aims to provide customers with not only assistance in the procurement their software license, but also to reduce those license costs and ensure whether perpetual vs subscription-based licensing be correct for that customer. Silver7 Sourcing brings to market best of breed; off the shelf; third party utilities. Focused in assisting IT administrators with software for servers and networks; business management and end users with software facilitating and enhancing their business functions; and providing high-performance management; automation of workflow and data integration processes for developers.

With Diane having more than 20 years of software licensing behind her name, Silver7 Sourcing has the support of many international software vendors.
