A licensed cosmetologist and graduate from Stuyvesant School of Cosmetology and Marvel Beauty School; Paula also holds a degree in Theology from Tyndale University. Paula is the president of The Radical You! Inc., a successful and growing salon, spa, beauty and imaging corporation and the owner of Beauty Lounge Salon and Spa.  Paula is a well-known master practitioner in the field of weave technology as well as a visionary career and industry builder.

Paula was also the former Vice President of the Canadian Cosmetology Association, which she maintained an extensive network of career-building affiliates, associates and leaders in the field of beauty, aesthetics and hairstyling.  Since 2001, Paula’s company has been on the cutting edge of hair, weave and beauty, which meets her clients’ diverse and evolving beauty and physical health needs.  Paula has taken some time off to travel and study the latest technology in the hair industry, within Canada and throughout the world, as it was important to Paula to search out and find the best natural hair and beauty products and technology out there for her clients.

Paula’s talents and gifts are in the area of helping people look and feel confident about who they are, by helping them first conceive a more radiant self-concept about themselves, then by helping them believe in that vision of a happier, healthier, more beautiful self-image and then by the final and most important step, of achieving personal transformation by taking it beyond merely conceiving and believing in that change but saying “yes” to the commitment and by taking action, by professing how their hair, skin and clothing does matter as appearances does speaks for itself.

Under the imaging tier of the business, Paula worked with Ontario Housing to help build young girl’s self-esteem, by teaching them proper hygiene, health and wellness and money management.  Paula also worked on the project: “Women’s Worth and More”, which helps young women and single mom’s get back into the workforce by teaching them how to professionally conduct themselves, grooming, wardrobe construction and interview etiquettes.

Paula has made a point of giving back to the community by helping young and upcoming artist, to be seen and heard, by giving of her time and expertise to promote these young Canadian artists in the area of arts, fashion and music.

Paula’s actions continue to speak louder than her wise words, as she was featured in a Global TV special segment called “Second Chances”, which documents positive and successful entrepreneurial women, who have overcome adversity, and to show young people how to never give up on life, no matter how hard their life situations are. Paula’s latest creation and development is her vegan and organic hair and skin care lines for male and female, along with an array of household candles, room sprays and Reed diffusers with much more to come.

Finally, Paula’s main goal is to bridge the gap between the outside and the internal well-being of others. Paula is excited to combine her Bachelor of Religious Education, as well her further study in her becoming an international Chaplain where she believes this is an added advantage serving people, not only physically but spiritually in the way of souls care, where true beauty begins.

A devoted mother of four, Paula has turned her time and talents toward giving back to her community. Her greatest passion is serving widows, single mothers and young adults, and she has put together a team to assist single mothers to dress for success and confidently re-enter the workforce. She has also held events to showcase young entrepreneurs in fashion, music and the arts. Paula and her family have had the life-changing opportunity to take part in the yearly Hope Worldwide of Canada events, which help raised funds to support many community organizations.

Lauren Passoff is a LCSW who has been practicing in the field of Social Work since 2006.  From a young age, Lauren always felt an innate calling and passion for helping others. She expressed always having possessed empathy for other people’s life experiences and wanted to find a way to incorporate this into her life’s work. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University.
 
Since her completion of her MSW degree, Lauren has held a variety of positions within the field of Social Work, both on the micro and macro levels. One of her passions for this field is the ability to be creative and continuously grow and expand in the in the ways we can exercise our influences as social workers. Historically, Lauren has been a top-performing Licensed Clinical Social Worker and executive leader with a track record of success providing care services from early childhood to end of life care clinically, in direct service as an LCSW, and as a competent administrator across non-profit and private sector spaces, driving and developing quality programs for success, servicing the largest possible pool of clients. Her extensive experience in social work and MBA education translates to a broad range of skills directing operations, building high-performing teams, developing leaders, growing business, assessing processes for continual improvement, ensuring compliance, and achieving goals. Lauren is a cross-functional leader, cultivating collaboration and building internal and external partnerships to enhance performance. She possesses an exceptional ability to assess processes, develop action plans, and execute to produce positive outcomes. Lauren encompasses a thorough understanding of group and individual dynamics combine with strong interpersonal communication skills resulting in overall organizational success.
 
In direct clinical practice, Lauren focuses on evidence-based practices to guide her approach to treatment. This includes, but is not limited to Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Lauren has significant experience working with children and families that have been involved in the child welfare system, and clients with complex needs ranging from mental health support, educational advocacy, medical advocacy and literacy training, support with special needs and disabilities, domestic violence, and family conflict.
 
Lauren strongly believes that seeking mental health counseling or life coaching is not a sign that you’re weak or “crazy.” It means that you or someone close to you notices that there are significant changes in your thinking, behavior and lifestyle, and it may warrant the advisement and guidance of a professional. Effective therapy is about a number of things: experience, expertise, a clear diagnosis, concise goals, and the knowledge and the tools to effectively navigate difficult life issues. It’s also about possessing a genuine concern for the patient and their pain. Lauren strives to bring an effective blend of experience, expertise, clarity, concern and action to the counseling process, in order to maximize outcomes and provide genuine healing.

Lauren Passoff has recently joined a Wings of the Future Consulting Private Practice as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.  She is thrilled to join Founder and CEO, Krystal Boothe, LCSW on this future endeavor.

Krystal Boothe, owner of Wings of the Future, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been in the Mental Health field for over 10 years and there is nothing that she finds more rewarding in her career then using her expertise to help people identify and overcome trauma from childhood. She believes it is this trauma that has impacted so many people’s lives and has found it to be the primary reason for emotional dysregulation in many of my patients.

The Mission of Wings of the Future is to facilitate the healing process of marginalized families from trauma so that they can emerge into functional family systems. Their mission is carried out by psycho-educating our families about the correlation between attachment trauma, domestic violence, addiction, mental health, and dysfunctional family relationships. They specifically accomplish our mission by providing various culturally specific parenting groups, psychotherapy groups, individual psychotherapy/ counseling, couples and family therapy, consultations as well as trauma groups and workshops in the community.

 

 
Lynette Wuensch, is the President at EPR, P.C. She holds a professional engineering license in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Maryland, Washington DC, Indiana, and Florida. She is also a certified floodplain manager and reserve specialist. Lynette has over 29 years’ experience with engineering and planning across a broad spectrum of projects, including civil site design, site master planning, public involvement, design of traffic control devices, stormwater/drainage design and improvements, construction administration, and reserve studies. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering.
 
Lynette is the founder of EPR, P.C., a multidisciplinary firm focused on the integration of transportation, land use, and community design to create effective and lasting plans and designs for our clients.  Today the company has grown to a team of 15 professionals. Her focus to build a team that recognizes that working together to weave planning, engineering and urban design perspectives into the projects strengthens the results and creates implementable solutions for our clients. Carolyn Sadler-Spoletini has owned and operated companies in more than one country since the age of 24, and has worked internationally. Carolyn Spoletini has joined ManagedPAY, as a partner this past year. ManagedPAY offers various levels of payroll, HR and benefits services to their client employers. Servicing over 300 client employees and supporting over 10,000 employees in the Southern Nevada area. A previous business owner in Canada & the US, she is a culture ambassador and training specialist. She offers an extensive background in HR, legal and regulatory compliance, and is continually seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion both personally and professionally.
 
Bringing over 20 years of experience in HR and 15 years in gaming, regulatory licensing, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions in the US, Canada, MX, and the UK, she currently heads up the HR and compliance departments at ManagedPAY.
 
With a BA in Business Administration, AS in Legal Studies, and ACP, CP, RG and FCPA certifications, ManagedPAY’s clients are in good hands. Maria Sicairos is a Senior Manager for Global Ethics and Compliance, Certified Export Specialist, and offers over 14 years of experience in her field. As Senior Manager II, Specialty Compliance & Ethics at Walmart, she completes the product lifecycle to support reuse and the repurposing of products and materials. She has enjoyed a natural progression in her field and is known for her expertise in reverse logistics.
 
With expertise in Reverse Logistic, Global Trade and Exports, she currently lives in Bentonville, AR with her son and their dog. Maria was born and raised in Durango, Mexico. She has made Northwest Arkansas her home for the last 20 years. A first-generation college graduate, she completed her Business Administration Associates Degree from Northwest Community College. She then completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Supply Chain & Marketing focus from The University of Arkansas, and Masters in Business Administration with International Business as concentration from John Brown University. She is also a certified Export Specialist.
 
A member of the International Honor Society, she was a recipient of the Golden Key of Arkansas Award, making her a Member of the International Golden Keys Honor Society- University of Arkansas. She partnered with stakeholders to create an enterprise wide Restricted/Denied Party Lists and Sanctions screening solution, scoring above industry average and met all “Mandatory Element” grounded on laws, regulations, and/or enforcement. She also partnered with vendors to develop the in-house Export Compliance Management Application: Return on investment – 161% and operation cost saving of 8.3 M since year 2017. She also oversaw the development of an automated filing with U.S Census module, increasing team capacity by 80%, and decrease the waiting time from 20 minute to 1 minute per shipment. Maria is a Member of National Society of Leadership and Success- Northwest Arkansas Community College and Walmart Path Leadership and Gateway Program.
 
Maria began her professional career at Walmart Inc. In 2006, Maria worked at the Walmart Return Center as a product verifier and gained experience in multiple areas. In August of 2013, she had the opportunity to transition to the Walmart Reverse Logistics Team as a Specialist to support electronics refurbishment, liquidation, and sustainability programs. In 2015, Maria joined the Walmart Export Compliance department as an Export Specialist where her primary role was to manage export operational functions like item regulatory review, EEI filings, record retention, screenings, and end-use(r) verification. In this role, Maria found an affinity for strategic improvement. Maria found a professional niche in this department and has been promoted to roles such as Manager of Strategy and Integration, Exports and Sr. Manager for Strategy and Integration, Exports. A key part of these roles was to partner with the business to develop compliant export strategies, integration of export compliance functions into developed processes and then transition to execution. In her current Specialty Compliance and Ethics management role, Maria has consolidated responsibility for the export compliance core pillars (Execution, Strategy and Integration, and Audits) for Sam’s Club, CMA USA export to Mexico, Walmart Central America, and Walmart Puerto Rico. She currently assists with the development and implementation of initiatives that will enable business growth and simplify processes. Her primary responsibilities are to continue enhancing the much-needed Export Management System and Machine Learning Classification tools to bring Walmart, Sam’s Club, and all other business entities into compliance with the US Export Control Regulations and position the US Export Team to be more globally focused. Previous to Walmart, she worked at Cargill Meat Solutions as a Quality Assurance Lead and Tyson Foods as a production team lead.
 
Maria’s personal ethics consist of qualities such as integrity, loyalty, empathy, patience, fairness, respect, humility, honesty, love, and faith. These fundamental traits shape my temperament, character, and behavior and I try my best to act in alignment with them. They are my footprint, which gives me the courage to serve as a constructive, reputable, respectable, capable, and competent leader, family member, co-worker, friend, community member and also enables her to serve the Lord.
 
She enjoys spending time with family, exercising at the gym, cooking and mentoring associates that want to learn different skills or who struggle with managing daily responsibilities and balancing career goals. Maria recently earned a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Arkansas.
