Pamela Bailey is the owner of Changes-Ahead, a company she set up after 25 years in the corporate space, where she specializes in working with the Power of the Menopause. Her ideal clients are women navigating corporate and business life, where the struggles for women around this time of change are real.

Menopause is a natural part of a woman’s life and is when menstruation stops. The stage referred to as perimenopause usually occurs between the ages of forty-five and fifty-five and is typically where symptoms that may affect work start to show up. These include tiredness, poor concentration, and low confidence. With women now taking a central role in business, a leading role within the workplace, there is a need for a greater change, understanding and empowerment to take place.
 
Data shows us that around 75 – 80% of women of menopausal age are currently in work.
 
Informative Stage – this is a group space to exchange expression and information and to help managers and leaders in understanding how they can help and support.
 
Education Stage – This group stage offers some simplistic solutions that can be put into practice immediately and like all education, it helps to guide, re-enforce, re-iteration, deeper levels of understanding and discovery.
 
Discovery Stage – Working either one-to-one or in small groups, this stage helps each woman to pinpoint her specific issue, or problem, to discover it at a unique level.
 
Unlimited Stage – Supporting women to awaken and open fully to their power and potentiality, to their ability to shape their own worlds with more potential in alignment with their true spirit, true essence, and the true identity of who they are and to connect fully to the abundance of life and shake off the feelings of stress and overwhelm.

RecognizingMargaret Niles

 
Margaret Niles is an Educational Consultant at Candor Consultants Inc. With many years of experience in her profession, she is passionate about education, instructional design, technology integration, and women’s empowerment.
 
Margaret has been in education for all of her professional life, and views education as the vehicle for female empowerment. Given that this basic human right is infringed upon in so many jurisdictions, it is imperative that educational programs focused on gender equity be designed and implemented in a timely fashion.
 
She holds a doctoral degree in Curriculum Planning, Design and Development, and outside of work volunteers to help others in their education. She credits her success to having the support of her husband and family and looks forward to connecting with fellow female professionals on the international scale.
