Mercy Bolus is Director of Melsia Specialist Care Ltd. She is passionate about giving a high standard of care to her clients and their families, and credits her success to dedication, focus and perseverance.

Mercy is a known visionary, and has the ability to engage with people at all levels. This enables her to be at equal level with most people. Her educational and professional background has allowed her to be the voice for the voiceless through writing on the internet to raise awareness to eradicate, poverty and ignorance. Her recent travel to Burkina Faso gave her more insight into poverty.

She holds her MBA, BA(Hons) Community Studies, HV, RGN, SRN, Dip in Counselling , CIM, CMI, 730 Further Teacher’s Cert, Mentor and Sign off Mentor qualification. She also mentors pre-registration nursing and midwifery for medical students who require experiences with the health visitors child branch.

Last year she had opportunity to give an inspiration speech to her old school, Labone Senior High School. She has also been sharing her travels to primary schools in the U.K to wider the scope of young minds there. She is looking forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Alisa Lombard is a Partner at Semaganis Worme Lombard in Saskatchewan, Canada. A lawyer focused on civil litigation, her areas of expertise concern the legal, policy, and civil rights of indigenous peoples, Indigenous women’s rights and human rights. She has been a staunch advocate for law reform, policy change and Treaty implementation for Indigenous Peoples’ constitutional and inherent rights for many years, and is working to change antiquated laws. She worked at the Specific Claims Tribunal which adjudicates the historic claims of First Nations against the Crown, where she set precedence in establishing the Tribunal’s powers and advised on over 70 specific cases. In this respect, she has developed deep knowledge of administrative law, fiduciary law and trusts law.

Alisa is one of the foremost women’s advocate for Indigenous reproductive rights and human rights to bodily autonomy and medical self-determination. She is a leader in the intersectional fight against sexism, racism, and in the plight of Indigenous women, who are among the most marginalized people internationally.

She holds an LL.B; University of Ottawa, LL.L; Common Law; University of Ottawa, Degree in Criminology; University of Ottawa, and is completing her thesis in the LL.M graduate program at the University of Ottawa. Her academic work focuses on the medical profession and its obligations to Indigenous women receiving reproductive and birthing health care and the law of medical consent.

Alisa is a committed, knowledgeable, experienced, strategic and skillful attorney. She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Law Society of Ontario. She is a frequent guest lecturer at Universities across Canada, in conferences and symposiums and a vocal advocate for systemic reform. She was featured as Chatelaine’s Women of the Year for her advocacy work with indigenous women. She is a grounded and effective woman who uses her knowledge of law, understanding of the inequalities embedded in the law to demand equality, fairness and equity for Indigenous Peoples and individuals.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Alisa is a dedicated citizen of the Mi’kmaq Nation (Elsipogtog First Nation). Alisa is an avid swimmer who enjoys spending time with her young children, and loves to make art.

Mary I. Campbell started her own language school 16 years ago and is now running a very successful mid-size company providing language, cultural and other management skill training to corporations in Germany.

 After the completion of her degree in 1978 she began as a freelance trainer providing language training for business professionals. In 2005 she decided to expand her business and started her own language school. Herself a trauma recovery survivor, Mona is able to provide people with the kind of support that actually helps, because her methods are rooted deeply in empathy and understanding. She has the ability to help others find and focus on the meaning in their lives, and to learn or re-learn to like themselves even amid their flaws and imperfections. Because progress is not about perfection, her work is about finding a way to enjoy every day as we all move forward, with the addition of self-care and some incredibly useful tools and habits to find joy again.
 
Mona’s work intersects the body, mind and spirit, tackling imbalances and misalignment within and respecting where each client finds themselves in their journey, to push through physical or mental blocks and move towards their goals. Ekelechi Ahamba is a celebrated nurse and administrator based in Katy, Texas. In addition to her clinical work, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Elite Home Health Agency, LLC, a firm that provides premium in-home care to adults, children and teens facing recovery or the management of health conditions and challenges.
