As Senior Director of Global People & Workplace at Nitro, Inc., Katie Banks oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of Nitro’s Global People Programs & Strategies across 3 Continents. She is a core member of Nitro’s Executive Leadership Team, where she provides human resources guidance and delivers on the organizational strategy and vision. She is particularly passionate about performance and engagement and shifting the traditional Human Resources to a more People Centric & Holistic Employee Experience, for all employees
 
With over 20 years of experience in her field, Katie has spent the past decade focusing on People Operations and human resources leadership. She is a Certified LEAN Methodologist and CIPD Affiliate, and recently was nominated for a Women in Tech Excellence Award. Katie has also featured in “Employee Experience – Develop a happy, productive and supported workforce for exceptional individual and business performance” by Ben Whitter, where she talks about placing employee experience in the center of any approach to HR ensuring that the human experience is considered in every aspect of the decision-making process. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Technological University Dublin, and recently completed a Diploma in HR Management with Distinction from University College Dublin.
 
Based in Ireland, Katie enjoys volunteering in STEM and career development within her community. She credits her success to focusing on people development and the evolution within an organization.

Rita Wright is a Counsellor of three decades and Director at the Anna M Wright Foundation, where she a specialist in addictions & eating disorders. A published author and ghostwriter, she has just completed ‘Under the Fig Tree’ – to be released in autumn 2021. The charity is in honor of her late daughter Anna, who took her life in 2019, to help people devastated by suicide. She looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Aracelis Suazo Alessandri is a dynamic educator and entrepreneur based in Italy. As the founder of CJ’s English School, one of the few educational institutions that teach English with the quick learning method, she and her associates offer a timesaving methodology to learning English as a foreign language that translates into significant cost savings. After 21.5 years of service to the United States Army, Stacie Hudson transitioned into the private sector. She’s served as a Suicide Prevention Consultant for Accenture, HR Business Partner for Spectrum and currently serves with Bank of America as a Global Risk Analysis Manager.
 
Stacie partners and collaborates with the Global Risk Management and Global Risk Analysis teams to oversee the organization’s comprehensive risk and analytics business practices for building quantitative and qualitative functional models, framework and analysis addressing Forecasting, Economic Scenarios, Global Markets, Capital, Aggressive Scorecards, Compliance and Portfolio Management to effectively support and manage risk and capital across Bank of America. In this regard, she is passionate about assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security or financial success of the organization.
 
Over the course of her career, Stacie has served as a Human Resources Officer, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Technical Instructor/Writer, HR Project Manager, and HR Process Design Manager. She’s passionate about diversity and inclusion, and is known as a people leader who influences and guides the overall health of organizations. Stacie holds both an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resource Management degrees from Webster University, St Louis, MO and looks forward to continuing to grow in her career.
