The goal is to bring out your personal strengths to master the biggest challenges of everyday life in a balanced and powerful way.
Through her Premium Programs, Yvonne focuses on supporting women in science. She understands firsthand the challenges of raising a family while growing a career, and the added demands and pressure to research and publish within the sciences.
Yvonne studied biology at the University of Würzburg and received her Dr. rer. nat. while studying in Germany and China. She successfully acquired research funds from the German Research Foundation (DFG) and built up her own research group at the University of Tübingen, where she expanded the topic of obesity by studying sleep and learning behavior after ingesting a high-caloric diet.
In addition to being a scientist, Yvonne has designed and conducted numerous seminars in and out of academia. She also served as a mentor for students in the mentoring program of the University of Tübingen for many years.
The “Mon AMI” method (mon ami = French for “my friend”) developed by Dr. Yvonne Ritze, is the heart of her Premium Programs, which accompanies you individually in your personal Analysis, choice of Methods and Implementation in your daily life. The focus of the Premium Programs is on individual support and implementation of the methods. Why is daily implementation so important? Just imagine how often we are very aware of our problems e.g. “I eat or drink too much when I am stressed “, but cannot change our behavior without asking for help from the outside. Yvonne now applies the “Mon AMI” methodology to transform women and men into balanced and successful human beings.
